Italian Parliament has authorized ratification of Unified Patent Court Agreement
UNIFIED PATENT COURT
Yesterday evening the Italian Parliament definitively approved the bill authorising Italy to ratify the Unified Patent Court Agreement.
The parliament’s lower house had passed the bill on 14 September 2016 and yesterday the upper house did the same.
