The 2016 edition of the Trademark Administrators and Practitioners Meeting (TMAP), organised yearly by the International Trademark Association (INTA), is to take place in Washington, D.C. September 14-16.

The meeting’s sessions offer a practical way to learn about key trademark law developments across the globe and best brand protection practices.

In addition, this year TMAP is introducing “Table Topics”, moderated discussions for groups of ten people on a wide variety of issues.

SIB partner Lorenzo Litta will be attending the TMAP along with Alessandra Patrono.

Lorenzo will moderate the table topic on “Demand Letters and Diplomacy in the Social Media Age” September 15, and will be a speaker during the session “Inside Out: Global Portfolio Management on a Budget” on September 16.
