Esperienza

Attiva nel settore dal 1999, ha fornito consulenza in materia di brevetti a grandi enti di ricerca, università e società multinazionali, oltre che a medie imprese italiane ed estere, curando la stesura e la prosecuzione di domande di brevetto.

La sua attività si è concentrata in particolare sui brevetti biomeccanici e biomedici.

È consulente tecnico d’ufficio per il Tribunale di Roma ed è stata consulente di parte in cause brevettuali. È giudice qualificato sotto il profilo tecnico presso il Tribunale unificato dei brevetti. È docente di prassi e strategie del brevetto europeo nei corsi di preparazione all’esame per consulenti europei in brevetti organizzati dal Centre d’Études Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle, Università R. Schuman, Strasburgo.

È stata membro della commissione d’esame EPO EC-III che si occupa della correzione dei paper D dell’esame di qualificazione per consulenti europei in brevetti (European Qualifying Examination – EQE).

Conferenze

Ha esperienza come relatrice e moderatrice presso eventi nazionali e internazionali riguardanti la proprietà intellettuale.

Experience

Practising since 1999, Elisabetta has drafted and prosecuted patent applications for, and provided advice to, major research organisations, universities and multinational companies as well as Italian and foreign medium-sized companies.

Her practice has focused in particular on biomechanic and biomedical patents.

Elisabetta is enrolled with the Register of Court-Appointed Experts on Industrial Property of the Court of Rome and acts as ex-parte expert in patent litigation. She is a technically qualified judge at the Unified Patent Court.

Elisabetta teaches European Patent practice and strategies in courses leading up to European Patent Attorney qualification exams organised by the Centre d’Études Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle (R. Schuman University, Strasbourg). She is a former member of the EPO’s EC-III examination committee in charge of marking D papers during the qualifying examination for European Patent Attorneys (EQE).

Lecturing

Elisabetta is an experienced speaker and moderator at international intellectual property events.
