[:it]Il Tribunale Unificato dei Brevetti (TUB) promuove la cooperazione internazionale tra gli Stati membri dell’UE partecipanti. Al fine di posizionarsi al meglio per la gestione dei casi dinanzi all’UPC, studi legali di proprietà intellettuale di diversi paesi hanno costituito la rete European Patent Litigators Network (EPLN). Oltre ai due soci fondatori Meissner Bolte (Germania) e Santarelli Group (Francia) e alle italiane SIB (Società Italiana Brevetti), studio di consulenza di proprietà intellettuale, e SIB LEX società tra avvocati, il rinomato studio legale IP Arnold & Siedsma dei Paesi Bassi è entrato a far parte della rete come quinto partner il 17 ottobre 2023.

L’EPLN riunisce competenze a livello internazionale con l’obiettivo di depositare, proteggere e far rispettare i brevetti e di fornire I servizi e le soluzioni migliori e pensate per il cliente. “Siamo molto lieti che Arnold & Siedsma, uno dei più noti studi legali olandesi in materia di proprietà intellettuale, si unisca alla nostra rete.
