[:it]I marchi farmaceutici hanno requisiti di registrazione particolari?

Gli studenti del master in discipline regolatorie G. Benzi  presso l’Università di Pavia lo scopriranno il 3 luglio 2020 durante la lezione annuale sui marchi farmaceutici tenuta da Barbara Besati, consulente in marchi di SIB Società Italiana Brevetti. Quest’anno la lezione sarà tenuta on line.

La lezione partirà da una presentazione generale sui requisiti di registrabilità dei marchi e sui vari tipi di registrazione, per poi analizzare alcuni aspetti di particolare importanza nel settore farmaceutico.

Si parlerà di cosa distingue un marchio debole da un marchio forte, dei diversi criteri di valutazione della novità del nome nell’ambito della registrazione di marchio, della richiesta di autorizzazione all’immissione in commercio e della decadenza del marchio per mancato uso.

Anno dopo anno, è sempre un’esperienza entusiasmante incontrare gli studenti dei master G. Benzi e coinvolgerli rispetto ai temi della tutela del marchio. Students of the G. Benzi masters degree in regulatory affairs of the University of Pavia are going to find out on 3 July 2020 when trademark attorney Barbara Besati holds our yearly lecture on the subject (this year, the lesson will be held on line).

Barbara will focus first of all on the requirements a sign must meet in general in order to be registrable as a trademark as well as on what kinds of registration are available.

Moving on to pharmaceutical trademarks in particular, Barbara will review the notions of strong and weak trademark, the criteria for the assessment of novelty with regard both to the registration of pharmaceutical trademarks and to the marketing authorisation, and explain the notion of trademark lapse for lack of use.
