[:it]I marchi farmaceutici devono possedere requisiti particolari per essere registrabili?
Ne parliamo il 22 settembre 2017 all’Università di Pavia con gli i studenti del Master in discipline regolatorie G. Benzi.
La nostra consulente in marchi Barbara Besati chiarirà innanzitutto quali sono in generale i requisiti di registrabilità e le tipologie di registrazione dei marchi, per poi analizzare le particolarità dei marchi farmaceutici.
Saranno trattati il concetto di marchio debole o forte, i parametri per la valutazione della novità del nome ai fini della registrazione dei marchi farmaceutici e della richiesta di autorizzazioni all’immissione in commercio, e il termine per la decadenza del marchio per mancato uso.
È sempre stimolante interagire con gli studenti del Master G. Benzi e contribuire alla formazione delle figure professionali nel campo delle attività regolatorie, oggi molto richieste sia in ambito privato che negli enti pubblici operanti nel settore sanitario ed industriale.[:en]Do pharmaceutical trademarks have specific registrability requirements?
On 22 September 2017 we’ll be talking it over with students of the G. Benzi Masters degree in regulatory affairs of the University of Pavia.
Our trademark attorney Barbara Besati will explain first of all which requirements a sign must meet in general in order to be registrable as a trademark as well as what kinds of registration are available, before focusing on pharmaceutical trademarks in particular.
Barbara will review the notions of strong and weak trademark, the criteria for the assessment of novelty with regard both to the registration of pharmaceutical trademarks and to obtaining marketing authorisations, and explain the notion of trademark lapse for lack of use.
