[:it]Parteciperemo al 17° FICPI Open Forum in programma a Venezia dal 25 al 28 ottobre 2017 presso l’Hotel Hilton Molino Stucky.
Il programma dell’evento copre una vasta gamma di argomenti pratici di interesse per i professionisti della proprietà intellettuale.
Saranno presenti al Forum i nostri partner Jacopo de Benedetti, Antonio Mario Pizzoli ed Elisabetta Papa insieme a Marta Manfrin.
Antonio Mario Pizzoli farà parte del panel di una sessione plenaria dal titolo “Mediation – An interactive experience”, in cui si parlerà dei benefici della mediazione nelle dispute in materia di proprietà intellettuale. I partecipanti potranno sperimentare una “mock IP mediation”, interagendo coi membri del panel che impersoneranno il mediatore e le parti in lite.

The event’s programme covers a wide range of practical topics relevant to intellectual property professionals, from patent self-collision (“how to avoid shooting your client in the foot”), to finding and keeping the right people at your firm.
Our partners Jacopo de Benedetti, Antonio Mario Pizzoli and Elisabetta Papa with Marta Manfrin will take part in the forum.
Antonio Mario Pizzoli is a panel member one of the plenary sessions called “Mediation – An interactive experience”. The session will provide examples of the benefits of mediating intellectual property disputes as well as the experience of a mock IP mediation, with a chance to interact with members of the panel acting as mediator and opposing parties.
