[:it]SIB Società Italiana Brevetti e SIB LEX hanno il piacere di ospitare congiuntamente il primo incontro in presenza dello European Patent Litigators Network (EPLN) nelle sedi di Milano il 18 e il 19 luglio 2023.
Il contenzioso brevettuale in Europa ha subito modifiche fondamentali a seguito dell’introduzione del Brevetto unitario e del Tribunale unificato dei brevetti (TUB), entrambi operativi dal 1 giugno 2023, che portano con sé una serie di sfide nuove per le imprese interessate da contenziosi brevettuali in Europa.
L’EPLN è una rete di studi leader nel campo della proprietà intellettuale, fondata nel febbraio 2023; ne sono membri gli studi Meissner Bolte (Germania), Santarelli Group (Francia), SIB Società Italiana Brevetti e SIB LEX (Italia).
L’EPLN copre dunque tutti e tre i paesi che ospitano sezioni della Divisione Centrale del TUB. La condivisione di conoscenze, competenze e risorse permette all’EPLN di offrire soluzioni efficaci e personalizzate nel rappresentare il cliente dinanzi al TUB in ogni situazione.
Il primo incontro in presenza dell’EPLN sarà un’occasione di discussione e condivisione, fra i professionisti di tutti gli studi membri, di approfondimenti e punti di vista sul primo mese e mezzo di attività del Brevetto unitario e del TUB.

Patent litigation in Europe has undergone crucial changes with the introduction of the Unitary patent and Unified Patent Court (UPC), which began operations on 1 June 2023 bringing a whole new set of challenges for right-holders that face patent disputes in Europe.
The EPLN is a network of leading intellectual property law firms founded in February 2023; its members are firms Meissner Bolte (Germany), Santarelli Group (France), SIB Società Italiana Brevetti and SIB LEX (both based in Italy).
The EPLN therefore covers all three countries hosting sections of the UPC’s Central Division. By sharing knowledge, expertise and resources the EPLN is able to provide effective, tailored solutions to representing clients before the UPC, whatever arises.
Meeting in person for the first time, attorneys from EPLN members will be able to discuss and share insights and opinions concerning the first month and a half of Unitary patent and UPC.
