Paolo è membro del panel su “Evocation in the EU and beyond” che comprende anche Niklas e Joseph Fesenmair, Bird & Bird, Germania; Giulia Belinci, Consulente legale, Comité Champagne, Francia; Alan Park, Direttore Affari Legali, Scotch Whisky Association (SWA), Regno Unito; Zeinab Ghafouri, Project Manager, Istituto Federale della Proprietà Intellettuale (IPI), Svizzera; Ashish Kanta Singh, K&S Partners, India.

Un notevole schieramento di consorzi, studi legali, esperti, uffici internazionali di proprietà intellettuale e altre organizzazioni hanno già confermato la loro partecipazione a questo evento, che si concentrerà sugli ultimi sviluppi, sfide e strategie per un’efficace protezione e applicazione delle indicazioni geografiche.

OriGIn – Organization for an International Geographical Indications Network – è un’alleanza globale di indicazioni geografiche provenienti da un gran numero di settori; l’associazione rappresenta circa 600 consorzi di produttori e altre entità connesse alle indicazioni geografiche di 40 paesi.

Paolo is a member of the panel on “Evocation in the EU and beyond” which also includes Niklas Fels, and  Joseph Fesenmair, Bird & Bird, Germany; Giulia Belinci, Legal Advisor, Comité Champagne, France;  Alan Park, Director, Legal Affairs, Scotch Whisky Association (SWA), United Kingdom; Zeinab Ghafouri, Project Manager, Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI), Switzerland; Ashish Kanta Singh, Associate, K&S Partners, India.

An impressive lineup of GI groups, law firms, experts, international IP Offices and other organizations have already confirmed their participation in this event, that is to focus on the latest developments, challenges and strategies for effective GI protection and enforcement.

OriGIn – Organization for an International Geographical Indications Network –  is the global alliance of Geographical Indications (GIs) from a large variety of sectors, representing some 600 associations of producers and other GI-related entities from 40 countries.
