L’AIPLA ha creato una IP Practice in Europe Committee allo scopo di stabilire e mantenere rapporti con le associazioni professionali europee interessate alla legislazione in materia di proprietà intellettuale.

I membri della IP Practice in Europe Committee analizzano le norme e prassi europee nel campo della proprietà intellettuale e segnalano questioni di rilievo alla direzione e ai membri dell’AIPLA.

La IP Practice in Europe Committee ha anche lo scopo di far conoscere in Europa la normativa statunitense in materia di proprietà intellettuale.[:en]Our partner Elisabetta Papa will be in Venice on 14 June 2017 to take part, as a member of the European delegation, in the meeting of the IP Practice in Europe Committee of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA).

The IP Practice in Europe Committee exists to establish and maintain relations with European intellectual property professional associations. IP Practice in Europe Committee members study European law and practice and report on topics of interest to the association Board of Directors and membership.

The IP Practice in Europe Committee can also provide information on the intellectual property laws of the United States to any interested party in Europe.[:]
