[:it]Il 6 aprile 2023 il nostro partner e European patent litigator Davide Rondano parteciperà alla tavola rotonda sul tema “Brevetto europeo unitario e Tribunale unificato” insieme gli avvocati Mario Pozzi, partner dello studio SIB LEX, e Alessandro Borelli, founding partner dello studio ESG Lex.

L’evento, che avrà luogo a partire dalle ore 17, è ospitato presso lo studio ESG Lex a Milano in via S. Vittore al teatro 1, e sarà seguito da un cocktail.

Il Brevetto unitario e il Tribunale unificato dei brevetti (TUB), che diverranno entrambi operativi il 1 giugno 2023, stanno per rivoluzionare il sistema europeo dei brevetti.

Ciò comporta una serie di nuove opportunità e sfide nel medio e lungo termine rispetto alla tutela e al rispetto dei diritti di brevetto in Europa, è importante dunque che le imprese innovative siano informate e pronte a gestire il cambiamento.

 [:en]On 6 April 2023 our partner and European patent litigator Davide Rondano will share a roundtable discussion on the Unitary patent and Unified Patent Court (UPC) with co-speakers Mario Pozzi partner of of SIB LEX and Alessandro Borelli founding partner of ESG Lex.

The event is hosted by ESG Lex at the firm’s office in Milan, via S. Vittore al teatro 1, is to start at 5 p.m. and will be followed by cocktails.

The Unitary patent and Unified Patent Court, to go live on 1 June 2023, are about to revolutionise the European patent system and bring many new opportunities and challenges for the protection and enforcement of patent rights in Europe.
