[:it]Il convegno “Patent Litigation in Europe – the Unified Patent Court and the Italian System”, organizzato dall’Ordine dei Consulenti in Proprietà Industriale insieme all’onorevole Simone Billi, avrà luogo a Roma lunedì 15 aprile in Via Uffici del Vicario 21, presso la Camera dei Deputati Palazzo Montecitorio, Sala Salvadori, dalle 14:30 alle 18:30.
L’evento sarà aperto dalla Presidente dell’Ordine dei Consulenti in Proprietà Industriale Anna Maria Bardone e introdotto da Sem Fabrizi, rappresentante italiano presso l’Administrative Committee del Tribunale unificato dei brevetti (TUB), e da Cristina Contini dell’Ufficio Legislazione del Ministero della Giustizia.
Il presidente del TUB Klaus Grabinsky, il giudice del TUB Paolo Catallozzi, il membro dell’Advisory Committee del TUB Massimo Scuffi, il professore di diritto amministrativo presso l’Università di Parma Cesare Galli, il Presidente di Farmindustria Marcello Cattani, il Presidente di Federmacchine Bruno Bettelli e il rappresentante di Confindustria Paolo Markovina saranno relatori nel primo panel “Legal Profiles of the UPC”.
I giudici tecnici del TUB Andrea Scilletta, Elisabetta Papa e Andrea Perronace saranno relatori nel secondo panel “Scenarios of pan-EU litigations”.

The event will be opened by the President of the Italian Industrial Property Consultants Institute Anna Maria Bardone and introduced by Sem Fabrizi, Italian representative at the UPC Administrative Committee and Cristina Contini, of the Legislative Office of the Italian Ministry of Justice.
The President of the Unified Patent Court Klaus Grabinsky, UPC judge Paolo Catallozzi, UPC Advisory Committee member Massimo Scuffi, IP Law professor at Parma University Cesare Galli, Farmindustria President Marcello Cattani, Federmacchine President Bruno Bettelli and Confindustria representative Paolo Markovina are to speak in the first panel discussion on “Legal Profiles of the UPC”
UPC technical judges Andrea Scilletta, Elisabetta Papa and Andrea Perronace are to speak in the second panel on “Scenarios of pan-EU litigations”.
