[:it]Il 2 febbraio 2017 i nostri partner Elisabetta Papa e Antonio Mario Pizzoli con Alessandro Spina saranno all’Ufficio Europeo dei Brevetti (EPO) di Monaco per una riunione del SACEPO Working Party on e-Patent Process.

SACEPO, o Standing Advisory Committee before the European Patent Office, è l’organismo tramite il quale i rappresentanti dell’industria, dei consulenti in brevetti e alcuni esperti riconosciuti di proprietà intellettuale si pronunciano su questioni importanti connesse allo sviluppo del sistema del brevetto europeo.

Il SACEPO Working Party on e-Patent-Process (SACEPO/ePP)  si occupa di aspetti operativi riguardanti i progetti di e-business dell’EPO, sia per quanto riguarda i sistemi elettronici che governano la procedura di concessione di brevetti che l’informazione brevettuale. Fanno parte del Working Party richiedenti, mandatari ed esperti inviati da organismi regolatori e centri di fatturazione.[:en]On 2 February 2017 our partners Elisabetta Papa and Antonio Mario Pizzoli, with associate Alessandro Spina, will be at the European Patent Office (EPO) in Munich for a meeting of the SACEPO Working Party on e-Patent Process.

SACEPO, the EPO’s Standing Advisory Committee before the European Patent Office, has the purpose of giving members of industry, of the patent profession and recognised IP experts a say on important issues relating to the development of the European Patent system.

The Working Party on e-Patent-Process (SACEPO/ePP) focuses on operational matters related to the EPO’s e-business projects, both as regards the electronic processing of the patent grant process and patent information projects. Working Party members include applicants, patent attorneys and experts from formalities bodies and billing centres.[:]
