We\u2019ll be taking part in the 17th FICPI Open Forum<\/a> happening in Venice, 25-28 October 2017, at the Hilton Molino Stucky Hotel.\"FICPI<\/p>\n

The event\u2019s programme<\/a> covers a wide range of practical topics relevant to intellectual property professionals, from patent self-collision (\u201chow to avoid shooting your client in the foot\u201d), to finding and keeping the right people at your firm.<\/p>\n

Our partners Jacopo de Benedetti<\/a>, Antonio Mario Pizzoli<\/a> and Elisabetta Papa<\/a> with Marta Manfrin<\/a> will take part in the forum.<\/p>\n

Antonio Mario Pizzoli is a panel member one of the plenary sessions called \u201cMediation \u2013 An interactive experience\u201d. The session will provide examples of the benefits of mediating intellectual property disputes as well as the experience of a mock IP mediation<\/strong>, with a chance to interact with members of the panel acting as mediator and opposing parties.<\/p>\n
