On 25 September 2025 our European Patent, Trademark and Design Attorneys Alberto De Ros<\/a> and Andrea Soldatini<\/a> are to hold a presentation during the Global IP Strategy Summit for Expanding Overseas, organised by the firm Foundin Intellectual Property<\/a> and taking place in the city of Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China.\"Global<\/p>\n

Ningbo is the southern economic centre of the Yangtze Delta megalopolis, and home to several industrial parks and development zones.<\/p>\n

Zhejiang is indeed China\u2019s second-largest export province, so reliable guidance on export-related international IP issues is in high demand among local enterprises.<\/p>\n

The Global IP Strategy Summit for Expanding Overseas is a one-day seminar designed to meet such a need, and Chinese companies from a variety of industries are expected to attend.<\/p>\n

Alberto De Ros and Andrea Soldatini are to speak on the topic Risks regarding IP litigation in Europe<\/em>.<\/p>\n
