Il testo approdato in parlamento a fine ottobre prevedeva che il beneficio fiscale si applicasse anche ai marchi soltanto se \u201cfunzionalmente equivalenti a brevetti\u201d, escludendo quindi i marchi puramente commerciali.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nSecondo notizie di stampa, il governo sarebbe intenzionato ad eliminare tale condizione dal testo della norma, rendendo il \u201cpatent box\u201d applicabile a qualsiasi tipologia di marchio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nUn\u2019ulteriore modifica allo studio riguarderebbe l\u2019estensione del beneficio fiscale anche ai profitti derivanti dall\u2019uso di diritti di propriet\u00e0 intellettuale all\u2019interno dello stesso gruppo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nIl disegno di legge di stabilit\u00e0, gi\u00e0 approvato dalla Camera, attende ora il voto del Senato.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INCENTIVI FISCALI PER LA PROPRIETA\u2019 INTELLETTUALE Il governo sta lavorando per estendere le misure \u201cpatent box\u201d a tutte le categorie di marchio e alle operazioni infragruppo.
