Our partner Elisabetta Papa is to speak during The Federal Circuit Bar Association’s 2023 Global Series Fall Session taking place in Milan at the Hotel Principe di Savoia 1-3 November 2023.

On Friday 3 November, Elisabetta will be among the judges in the Unified Patent Court Moot Court panel argument concerning an infringement procedure in a hypothetical case context, taking place at 9:30 am.
