Our Head of Patents Elisabetta Papa is to join some of the world’s most experienced and respected intellectual property experts at the Global Team of Teams event “The new Unitary Patent and the Unified Patent Court – Understanding the risks, rewards and opportunities” to be held on 31 March 2022.

Organised by the German firm Meissner Bolte, the forum will address the UPC package from a business perspective while assessing the risks, rewards and opportunities facing companies when using the new system.
