• una descrizione accurata e dettagliata delle merci
• documentazione atta a dimostrare che chi richiede l’intervento è titolare del diritto per il quale l’intervento viene richiesto, e che tale diritto è valido negli stati membri dell’Unione Europea nei quali l’intervento viene richiesto
• il nome e l’indirizzo dell’operatore da contattare designato dal titolare del diritto
• informazioni circostanziate sul tipo o le modalità della frode, se conosciute.
