Il 7 aprile 2017 risponderemo a queste e ad altre domande durante il seminario organizzato a Pisa dal Joint Technology Transfer Office della Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna in collaborazione con Società Italiana Brevetti.

Elisabetta Papa, partner SIB e European Patent Attorney, illustrerà innanzitutto i principi fondamentali che regolano la tutela dell’innovazione in ambito tecnico.

Si passerà poi ad approfondire le novità più importanti del pacchetto del brevetto unitario e mettere a fuoco l’impatto pratico che l’entrata in vigore del brevetto unitario potrà avere per i titolari brevetti europei già concessi o ancora allo stadio di domanda.[:en]How will the unitary patent system work, and how will its entry into force affect pending and granted European patents?

On 7 April 2017 we will answer these and other questions during a seminar in Pisa, organised by the Joint Technology Transfer Office of the Scuola Superiore S. Anna with Società Italiana Brevetti.

Our partner and European Patent Attorney Elisabetta Papa will begin by explaining the basic principles that underlie the protection of technical innovation. She will then look into the main new features of the unitary patent package and finally focus on the practical implications that the entry into force of the unitary patent may bring fro the owners of granted and pending European patent applications.[:]
