Il nostro Paolo Veronesi terrà un intervento sulla giurisprudenza delle corti dell’Unione Europea, dal titolo “Two recent decisions of the General Court of the European Union: is PORT/PORTO definitively a harbour?”.
Avvocato e consulente europeo in marchi, Veronesi ha una lunga esperienza della tutela della proprietà intellettuale nel settore vitivinicolo e in particolare dell’interazione tra marchi, denominazioni d’origine e indicazioni geografiche.
Una gran numero di realtà interessate alle indicazioni geografiche, fra le quali studi legali, esperti, uffici internazionali della proprietà intellettuale e altre organizzazioni hanno già confermato la loro partecipazione a questo evento, che si concentrerà sugli ultimi sviluppi, sfide e strategie per l’efficace protezione e applicazione delle norme in materia.
