SIB è inserita per la prima volta nella rosa degli otto studi europei candidati al premio Europe Trademark Attorney Firm of the Year.

Concorriamo inoltre ai riconoscimenti Italy Firm of the Year nelle due categorie Trademark Prosecution e Patent Prosecution, entrambi vinti da SIB lo scorso anno oltre che in diverse edizioni precedenti dei Managing IP Awards.

Inoltre la nostra Responsabile area brevetti Elisabetta Papa è di nuovo in lizza per il premio Italy Practitioner of the Year, già ricevuto nel 2024.

I Managing IP Awards sono assegnati in base ai risultati di ricerche indipendenti fondate su dati forniti dagli studi, dati disponibili al pubblico e centinaia di colloqui con clienti, colleghi e altri esperti in proprietà intellettuale.

We are competing for the first time, along with seven other European IP firms, for the Europe Trademark Attorney Firm of the Year trophy.

We are also running for the Italy Firm of the Year for Trademark Prosecution and Patent Prosecution awards – both of which SIB won in 2024 as well as in several previous editions of the Managing IP Awards.

Moreover, Our Head of patents Elisabetta Papa is running again for the Italy Practitioner of the Year Award, which she was handed at last year’s awards ceremony.

Managing IP Awards are based on the results of independent research that uses data supplied by firms, publicly available data and hundreds of interviews with clients, peers and other intellectual property experts.
