[:it]Il Mese del Pride 2024 è giunto al termine: in SIB è stata l’occasione non solo per celebrare la comunità LGBTQ+, ma anche per approfondire la sua storia.

Nel corso di questo giugno il nostro gruppo Diversità, Equità e Inclusione ha discusso, prodotto e diffuso all’interno dell’azienda una guida essenziale alla storia dei simboli LGBTQ+, con un focus sull’origine e sull’evoluzione della “bandiera arcobaleno” del 1978 e sulle bandiere attualmente in uso per rappresentare alcuni dei singoli gruppi che nel corso dei decenni hanno aderito a quello che oggi è noto come movimento LGBTQ+.

Crediamo che riconoscere e rispettare le differenze promuova l’inclusione e l’equità, oltre a favorire la creatività e l’innovazione.

Un ringraziamento va al nostro gruppo DEI e a tutti i membri SIB che hanno contribuito a questo progetto.[:en]Pride Month 2024 has come to a close: at SIB it has been an opportunity not only to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community, but also to learn a little more about its history.

During this June our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion group discussed, produced and circulated within the firm an essential guide to the history of LGBTQ+ symbols, with a focus on the origin and evolution of the “rainbow flag” of 1978 and on the flags currently in use to represent individually some of the groups that over the decades have joined what is known today as the LGBTQ+ movement.

We believe that acknowledging and respecting differences promotes inclusivity and equity, as well as fostering creativity and innovation.
