[:it]Il nostro consulente in marchi e design Carlo Bogna parteciperà alla 5a edizione dell’Intellectual Property Case Law Conference (IPCLC) che si terrà ad Alicante il 29-30 aprile 2024.
Fra i principali eventi organizzati dalle Commissioni di Ricorso dell’Ufficio Europeo per la Proprietà Intellettuale EUIPO, l’IPCLC mira a offrire approfondimenti sui vari aspetti della proprietà intellettuale che si stanno evolvendo rapidamente man mano che le Big Tech assumono un ruolo sempre maggiore nella nostra società.
L’evento è focalizzato sulla giurisprudenza, ma esamina anche le recenti riforme legislative ed esplora le sfide che gli ambienti ad alta tecnologia presentano per la proprietà intellettuale in generale e per i marchi e i design in particolare.
L’IPCLC è strutturato appositamente per creare discussioni interattive tra i partecipanti attraverso panel animati da membri influenti del mondo professionale, accademico e giudiziario interessato alla proprietà intellettuale, oltre che da esponenti dei principali uffici di proprietà intellettuale.

[:en]Our Carlo Bogna is to attend 5th the Intellectual Property Case Law Conference (IPCLC) taking place in Alicante on 29-30 April 2024.
One of the major events organised by the Boards of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the IPCLC aims to provide insights on the various facets of intellectual property that are evolving rapidly as Big Tech gets to play an ever-greater role in our society.
It focuses on case-law, examines recent legislative reforms and explores the challenges that high-tech environments present for intellectual property in general and for trademarks and designs in particular.
The event is designed to encourage interactive discussions among participants through panel debates with influential figures drawn from private practice, judiciary, academia and major IP offices.
