[:it]Elisabetta Papa, partner e Responsabile area brevetti di Società Italiana Brevetti, sarà a Seattle dal 10 al 12 maggio 2023 per partecipare allo Spring Meeting dell’AIPLA (American Intellectual Property Law Association). 
Elisabetta Papa è membro attivo dell’associazione, nella quale ha il ruolo di co-chair dell’IP Practice in Europe committee.
L’11 maggio alle 15 la nostra partner contribuirà insieme a Martin Köhler dello studio Hoyng Rokh Monegier al panel sul Tribunale unificato dei brevetti dal titolo “A New Universe for Patent Litigation: Are You Ready for the Unified Patent Court (UPC) Lift-Off? – Incorporating UPC Into Your Litigation and Globalization Strategy”, moderato da Ali Anoff della Procter & Gamble.
