[:it]Il Tribunale Unificato dei Brevetti (TUB) ha invitato gli utenti esterni a provare le funzionalità del sistema online di gestione delle pratiche (Case Management System o CMS) che saranno utilizzate durante il “Sunrise period”, i 3 mesi in cui sarà possibile presentare richieste di opt-out, ovvero di uscita dalla giurisdizione del TUB. La data prevista per l’inizio del Sunrise period è il 1 gennaio 2023.
Il periodo di prova si svolgerà dal 28 novembre al 16 dicembre 2022, con la finalità di verificare l’utilizzo del CMS da parte degli utenti reali.

[:en]The Unified Patent Court has invited external users to practice with the functionalities of its online Case Management System (CMS) that will be used during the Sunrise period. In essence, external users are offered the opportunity to test the facilities for filing requests to opt out of the jurisdiction of the Unified Patent Court. The Sunrise period is to start, according to plans, on 1 January 2023.
The test practice period is to take place from 28 November to 16 December 2022, with the aim of verifying how the CMS works in a “real world environment”.
