European Patent Litigators Network – EPLN

SIB e SIB LEX società tra avvocati sono membri dell’European Patent Litigators Network (EPLN) insieme agli studi Meissner Bolte (Germania), Santarelli Group (Francia) e Arnold & Siedsma (Paesi Bassi).

L’EPLN nasce per facilitare la collaborazione internazionale nel contenzioso dinanzi al Tribunale unificato dei brevetti tramite la condivisione delle eccezionali competenze e dell’esperienza che caratterizzano gli studi membri.

Far parte dell’EPLN conferisce a noi e ai nostri clienti il vantaggio di poter accedere a una consulenza sinergica e transfrontaliera che copre tutte le principali giurisdizioni nei contenziosi riguardanti il brevetto europeo: Germania, Francia, Italia e Paesi Bassi.[:en]

European Patent Litigators Network – EPLN

Società Italiana Brevetti and sister law firm SIB LEX are members the European Patent Litigators Network (EPLN) together with firms Meissner Bolte of Germany, Santarelli Group of France and Arnold & Siedsma of the Netherlands.

The EPLN aims to facilitate international collaboration in litigation before the Unified Patent Court by pooling the outstanding competence and experience of its members.

Membership in the EPLN offers us and our clients the advantage of seamless access to synergic cross-border expertise covering all the main jurisdictions in which European Patent litigation is taking place: Germany, France, Italy and The Netherlands.[:]
