L’invenzione può essere protetta:

• in Italia, o in altri singoli paesi, tramite brevetto nazionale
• in più paesi europei o extraeuropei tramite il brevetto europeo o la domanda internazionale PCT, il brevetto euroasiatico, o ancora il brevetto per paesi dell’Africa appartenenti alle Organizzazioni OAPI o ARIPO.

Patent protection may be sought:

• in Italy and in other single states, by filing applications for national patents
• in several European or non European states by filing an application for a European patent, or for an international PCT patent, or for a Eurasian patent, or for a patent in African countries belonging to the OAPI or ARIPO organisations.

Italy is a member of the European Patent Organisation and of the PCT-Patent Cooperation Treaty as well as of the Paris Convention.
